



On August 14, 2025, the third working day of the IV International Summer School held at the Issyk State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve under the theme «Pages Uniting the Renewal of Educational Culture».
The International Centre jointly organized the event for the Rapprochement of Cultures under the auspices of UNESCO and the Issyk State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve within the framework of the IV International Summer School for educators of Eurasian countries on the theme «Quality of Education and Rapprochement of Cultures». The summer school was dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev and the 50th anniversary of the publication of «Az i Ya» by Olzhas Suleimenov.
The main goal of the seminar was to create a dialogue platform for exchanging experiences between scholars and educators in order to improve the quality of education through cultural rapprochement, as well as to celebrate these important anniversaries.
Experts from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Türkiye took part in the IV International Summer School. Among them, Gulmira Mukhtarova – Director of the Issyk State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve; Marina Bedelbaeva – Head of the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography of the Saryarka Archaeological Institute at E.A. Buketov Karaganda University; Anna Kalizhanova – Senior Lecturer at Karaganda University; Nurzhauar Issayeva and Viktor Novozhenov – leading research fellows of the International Centre for the Rapprochement of Cultures by UNESCO; Gulzira Sarsenbayeva – member of the international public association «Qazaq Oner»; Ulbosyn Daulenova – member of the Union of Craftsmen; Nesibeli Zhumaliyeva – teacher at the Republican Palace of Schoolchildren. Prominent scholars and educators delivered lectures and shared their expertise on the development of education in the region.
During the seminar, the speakers conducted methodological training sessions, demonstrating to participants how to use interactive technologies to make the learning process more engaging and effective.
Guests of the seminar also introduced to the exhibition halls and archaeological sites of the Issyk Museum-Reserve.
At the conclusion of the event, the results of the IV International Summer School summed up, and speakers and participants received certificates and letters of appreciation.
