


On May 21, the staff of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Esik”, together with students from the innovative school “Altyn Adam” of Enbekshikazakh district and Secondary SchoolNo.1 of the Rahat rural district, organized a cleanup event on the territory of the museum-reserve “Esik”.
This initiative was carried out in support of the nationwide environmental campaign “Clean Kazakhstan”, within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation between the museum-reserve and local educational institutions.
Gulmira Mukhtarova, the director of the “Esik” Museum-Reserve, explained the purpose of the environmental campaign to the participants: to foster environmental awareness, to protect and preserve historical and cultural monuments, to promote national values, and to cultivate a respectful attitude toward the environment.
During the cleanup, museum staff and students cleaned a large area belonging to the museum-reserve from litter.
The team at the Museum-Reserve “Esik” expresses its gratitude to the administration, teachers, and students of the “Altyn Adam” school and Secondary School No.1 of the Rahat rural district for their active participation in the environmental initiative.
